We purchased a Defender Pro from Elevate in the Fall of 2021. My son uses the 11th man defender to practice his split and roll shots and learning how to shoot around defenders. The product has given him a realistic opponent when practicing by himself and has improved his game. The main reason for this review, however, is for the great customer support and service. When we reached out to Elevate about a small manufacturing defect that we found in the product a few months after we received it, Elevate responded professionally and honored the one year manufacturing warranty by sending a replacement 11th man defender within days of my first email. You can’t ask for better customer service than that!
I work with 10-12 kids doing shooting drills so this thing see's a ton of action. The Defender has made teaching "shooting around a defender" so much more realistic. Thank you again, your customer service is unreal.
